I’m often looking for quick and easy recipes for weeknight meals, and this Paleo-friendly grilled pork chop recipe fits the bill. Quick and easy doesn’t necessarily mean lack of flavor. Not only are these grilled pork chops simple to make, but they pack a punch of flavor. The marinade is quick and easy to throw together and flexible based on however much time you have. If you have a few extra minutes before you leave for work toss the chops in the marinade, and they’ll be ready to grill when you get home. I let mine marinade for 5 hours, and they turned out perfectly. The marinade plus the hot grill makes a crispy and flavorful outer crust while keeping the interior incredibly juicy. I served these with a side of my Paleo mashed sweet potatoes, but these would go good with literally anything!
