The RESTART® Program combines the simple elements of an up-to-date nutrition education and a guided 3-week sugar detox (aka Real Food Challenge) with small group support into a powerful way to kickstart a new healthy lifestyle. Classes meet in an informal and relaxed environment where sharing is encouraged. You can expect to receive tremendous support from your instructor and peers as well as an opportunity to make new friends. Classes are composed of less than 10 people, meet once a week for 5 weeks, and are 90 minutes long.
